• Travel Period: The tour must be taken within the dates specified at the time of booking.

• Availability: The 50% discount is subject to daily seat availability. Caspla Bali Group reserves the right to close the promotion once the daily quota is reached.

• Discount: The 50% discount applies to the published “Regular Price.”

• Currency: All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise.

• Payment: Full payment or a specified deposit must be settled at the time of booking to secure the promotional rate.

• Inclusions: The price typically includes return fast boat transfers, island transportation (AC car), lunch, mineral water, entrance fees to specified spots, and the selected water sports activities.

• Exclusions: Personal expenses, tipping, and hotel pickup/drop-off outside the designated free zones are not included.

• Physical Requirements: Water sports activities are subject to physical fitness. Guests with heart conditions, pregnancy, back injuries, or other serious medical conditions are prohibited from participating in high-impact water sports.

• Age Limits: Minimum and maximum age limits apply for specific activities (typically 7–65 years old) for insurance coverage purposes.

• Safety Equipment: All guests must follow the instructions of the safety instructors and wear provided life jackets/safety gear.

• Non-Refundable: Due to the deep-discount nature of this 50% campaign, bookings are generally non-refundable if canceled by the guest.

• Rescheduling: Rescheduling is permitted at least 48 hours prior to the departure date, subject to availability and a potential administrative fee.

• No-Show: Guests who fail to arrive at the designated meeting point or pickup location at the scheduled time will be marked as a “No-Show” and the booking will be forfeited without a refund.

• Route Changes: Caspla Bali Group reserves the right to alter the itinerary or cancel specific water sports activities due to weather conditions, sea tides, or safety concerns.
• Force Majeure: In the event of extreme weather, volcanic activity, or government restrictions (Force Majeure) that prevent the fast boat from sailing, the tour may be rescheduled or a credit voucher issued.

• The tour includes basic passenger insurance provided by Caspla Bali Group.

• Guests are strongly encouraged to have their own comprehensive travel insurance to cover personal accidents, trip cancellations, or loss of personal belongings.

• Guests must provide a valid ID (KTP/Passport) for manifest registration at the harbor.

• Caspla Bali Group reserves the right to use any photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes unless the guest explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

Caspla Bali Group shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the tour that arises from the guest’s failure to follow safety instructions or negligence.
